Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add a habit?+

Tap the green + button in the top-left corner of the Today tab. Choose from our library or create a custom habit with your own icon, name, and schedule.

How do I mark a habit as complete?+

Swipe left on any habit card to complete it, or swipe right to undo a completion. You can also tap a habit to open its detail sheet and complete it from there.

What do streaks track?+

Your streak counts consecutive days where you completed at least one habit. Stats are shown in the Stats tab — including your productivity score and weekly breakdown.

How does the Apple Watch app work?+

Once you're logged in on your iPhone, open Eden on your Apple Watch. Your habits will sync automatically. Tap any habit row on the Watch to mark it complete.

Can I edit or delete a habit?+

Yes — tap on any habit card to open it, then use the Edit or Delete options inside the sheet.

What are Challenges?+

Challenges are shared goals you can join with other Eden users. Visit the Challenges tab to browse active challenges or track your progress on ones you've joined.

Can I change my notification times?+

Yes. When editing a habit, you can set a custom reminder time. Tap the habit card, choose Edit, and look for the Reminder field.

How do I restore my purchase?+

On the paywall screen, tap "Restore Purchase" at the bottom. If you subscribed on a different device, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.

Is my data backed up?+

Yes — all your habits and completion history are stored securely on our servers and synced to your account. Reinstalling the app or switching devices will restore everything after you log in.

How do I delete my account?+

Go to Settings (gear icon in the Today tab) and scroll down to find the Delete Account option. This permanently removes all your data.
